There is an additional reason: we accept card payments through Visa and Mastercard, whose acquiring rules for this product category are extremely strict. Any communication that could be interpreted as guidance on human use would put our card processing at risk, so this is a line we cannot cross under any circumstances.
The good news is that a short search on Google, PubMed or published research papers will give qualified researchers plenty of well-documented, peer-reviewed information on the compound they are studying. 📦 Shipping & Delivery
Confirmed orders are processed and dispatched on business days. Orders confirmed after the current daily cutoff, on a weekend, or on a public holiday are shipped on the next business day. The current cutoff is shown with the order. Parcels are not handed to carriers on Saturdays, Sundays, or official holidays.
The shipping price, any cash-on-delivery fee, and any free-shipping threshold depend on the destination and selected delivery method. They are calculated from the currently active shipping routes. Enter the delivery address at checkout to see every available option and the final price before confirming the order.

Available couriers and delivery methods depend on the destination and are shown with the current price and estimated delivery time at checkout.
Peptides are shipped in lyophilized, freeze-dried form, which is more stable during ordinary transit than material in solution. Ice packs are therefore not used as standard packaging. Product-specific temperature limits and storage requirements can differ; follow the label, product documentation, and approved laboratory protocol. If a parcel arrives damaged or appears to have experienced unusual conditions, photograph the packaging, vial, and label and contact support.

Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, we will resend it at no extra cost. Requirements:
- Clear photos of the package showing the recipient details immediately after delivery.
- Clear photos of the damaged items and the packaging.
Undelivered Shipments
If your shipment is not delivered within the timeframes below:
- 45 days (EU, USA, UK)
- 60 days (rest of the world, including islands)
Please contact us by email and include your tracking number. Once we verify the shipment details, we will investigate the issue further and work on finding the fastest possible solution for you.
Delay Notifications
If your tracking does not update or your shipment appears delayed, you must contact our support at info@crystalpeptides.eu within 45 days from the shipment date. Notifications received after this period do not qualify for a reshipment or investigation, as tracking data may no longer be available.
Held / Seized Shipments
If your package is held by customs, we will resend it at no extra cost, provided you send:
- A photo (minimum 120 dpi) of the customs envelope or notice showing the recipient's name.
- A photo of the seizure notice showing the recipient details.
- A new delivery address and the recipient name (required for reshipment).
Only the originally ordered products will be resent, and no changes to the order will be accepted.
Important: Each order can only be reshipped once.
Reshipping Fees (Customer Error)
If an incorrect or incomplete address was provided (e.g. missing building number, company name, or delivery instructions), or the recipient is unavailable, an additional reshipping fee will be charged. If your order contains multiple packages, separate shipping fees apply for each package.
If the recipient is not available on the day of delivery, consider the following options:
- Leave the package in a mailbox (include recipient name if required).
- Leave the package at the door.
- Deliver to a neighbour (provide an address).
Unclaimed Shipments
If a package is marked "ready for pickup" and a pickup location and deadline are provided, it must be collected within the stated period. Otherwise, an additional reshipping fee will be charged.
Full Refund After a Second Failed Reshipment
Our policy is reship-first: if there is a delivery issue, we always attempt a reshipment before issuing any refund — a direct refund is not available as a first step. In the extremely rare case that a second reshipment also fails to arrive for reasons outside the customer's control, we will issue a full refund of the original order. This has never happened to date, but the guarantee stands so you can order with complete peace of mind.
